The pacific coast smiles pristine - mocking me, "How could you ever leave?" she taunts, smacking her lips against the sand. Her wet kiss creeps through my toes and scurries up my spine roasting in the sun. Her gentile blow caresses my skin - scooting ever so slowly up and down my limbs. She breathes deep - in and crashing back out, playfully splashing at my legs. She has me exactly where she wants me - she glimmers knowing every step away is heavier and drags me deeper into the sand. She traps me in her tide and tries to whisk me away. She tugs and pulls with each crash of her wave. She has me! drenched and drifting off in her bountiful blue - finally smothering me in the life I tried to lose.
